Have you seen the Cow Up a Tree, Blowhole or Reed Vessel? These are just some of the spectacular artworks that make Docklands an urban art destination, reflecting Melburnians’ love of culture and the arts. Follow the Art Journey, a self-guided urban art tour, to view over 29 public artworks across the precincts that are bringing colour and life to Docklands 24 hours a day. Along the way, make use of the different open spaces that complement the artworks, offering barbeque areas, creative playgrounds and recreation areas for people living, visiting and working in Docklands. The artworks form part of the $15 million Docklands Integrated Urban Art Program , with one percent of Docklands’ development costs going towards urban art. |
